Ahhh Punk. Totally going to show my age with this post but these photos are too awesome not to share.London Punks by Andy Rosen- 1976-1984 I don't really know who Andy Rosen is, but apparently he got to spend time taking cool photos of some of the best original punk bands (though I'm not quite sure how Simon Le Bon and Nick Rhodes from Duran Duran qualify. I loved me some Duran but never thought of them as punk. But meh, semantics. They're beautiful shots anyway.) Pix include Siouxsie, Johnny Rotten, Bauhaus, and a bunch of Live Clash shots. Now pardon me while I take my leather and creepers out of the mothballs and wax nostalgic :)  |
